"Emma was a superstar as our birth doula and her support definitely helped us to have a positive labour experience!

when we look back, it would have been much more stressful without her calm and friendly presence. being new parents is challenging and we are very glad to have Emma's help on nights and provide second opinions on all our questions. her massage skills are amazing and she has a magic touch with our crying baby too!"

"Where do I start, Emma is just a star. It's never easy leaving your baby with someone and trusting they will know what to do and how you like things done, but Emma ticked all the boxes for me.

I have a 2-year-old as well as a baby who's now 5 months and desperately needed some help so I can have time to do even the simplest of things like have a shower, or catch up with friends, child and stress free!"

Thank you Emma,

We could not have done it without you.

You are the magical glue that made it all so special

"Emma listend to what my morning routine was with Archie and she kept exactly to my routine and Bubba absolutely loves her. During one visit she took Archie out in his pram and even took my little dog with her too which I thought was a really lovely thing to do. At the end of June, myself and my partner had a wedding to attend which was no children and because of how relaxed Emma made me feel I felt confident enough to ask her to have Archie over night. Never in my life did I think I'd ask someone or even trust anyone to do this with my baby being only 4 months old. I got pictures sent in the evening of him asleep looking very relaxed and a big smiley face in the morning after his bottle.

Emma instantly put my mind at ease!"

"Emma's calm and relaxed manner really does settle any worries you have along with a magic spell she seems to have in getting my son to sleep! In all honesty I don't know how I would have survived a hard month of baby blues and PTSD without having Emma's bubbly, warm nature to look forward to every week.

If you've ever thought about having a Doula before, then I would 1000% recommend you go for it! No regrets From me nor do I feel ashamed in having Emma's help.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you Emma for everything you've done for me and a big cuddle from a smiley little Archie!"

When I became pregnant a lot of people recommended getting a doula for support. We met with Emma and I felt she got my views and wishes and was very down to earth and straight talking like me. The face to face meetings helped us build a relationship and she listened and understood what I wanted from the birthing experience. From the minute Emma arrived at the hospital I felt instant relief, supported and secure. She helped me get pretty much the birthing experience I wanted, supporting me the entire time. She explained things to me, advocated and helped me through every step of the way. I felt totally safe. She also had a great rapport with the midwife which was reassuring.

Emma had previously asked us if we wanted the birth captured on film, I wanted photos of Baby Mia once she arrived and this moment she captured are the most candid and beautiful photos that we will treasure forever. Emma was a huge support to me straight after the birth as Dad was with Baby and I needed stitches and help getting up and about. She was holding my hand throughout. Getting a doula was the best decision I ever made and I couldn't have done it without Emma, she was truly amazing! Thank you for everything Emma. Mia will always know what a huge role you played in her birthing story. Xx

I cannot recommend Emma enough!

She has not only been our Hypnobirthing teacher, she has been so so much more than that. I honestly don't think she even realises the difference she has made to me and my fiance and our pregnancy When I first met Emma, I pretty much cried throughout our first 3hr session, talking about the trauma trom our previous birth 5. 5years ago. Emma sat and listened and comtorted, it was the first time tell able to talk about it properly and have someone outside of my close family and friends listen and actually take me seriously, instead of thinking I should just be grateful that I had a healthy baby.

Emma then worked with us to work through this trauma and all the fears I have about the birth of our upcoming new arrival. I already know that all the Hypnobirthing techniques she has taught us are going to help me so much throughout labour, and I am already. putting a lot of them into practice now when I have wobbles thinking about what's to come.

Emma introduced me to the idea of a homebirth which I had always ruled out previously and put me in touch with people who could give me médical advice on this based on our own unique situation instead of based purely on NHS guidelines, this in itself was worth It's weight in gold and we are now planning a homebirth for our baby boy in 3 weeks time and I'm genuinely teeling quite excited and calm at the prospect, a far cry from where I was several weeks ago!

Everyone who saw me regularly could see how distraught / was after each hospital appointment and then could see a difference in me every saturday arter my sessions with Emma. It was like a weight was lifted each week and calm was once again restored!

We are both going to miss our weekly sessions a lot but cannot wait to introduce Emma to our baby boy and he can give her a thank you cuddle too!

Thank you Emma"
